Yesterday I stopped by a local floral shop to visit my dear friend Brigitte.  I had not had a chance to see my companion since before the Armageddon know to florists as Valentines Day. After catching up on all the news, and enjoying several good laughs, my beste freundin showed me all the beautiful fresh flowers that had just arrived. Spring fever hit me when I saw the “field” of fresh tulips, so I came home with a few to brighten up our kitchen, and chase away the winter blues.
