2 15.5 ouncecans cannellini beansrinsed and drained
¼cupplain yogurt
2Tablespoonlemon juice
2Tablespoonolive oil
3Tablespoonsfresh dillchopped
1scallionfinely sliced
¾teaspooncumin
1 ½teaspoonsmoked paprika
¾teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
¾teaspoonblack pepper
Method
Drain and rinse beans.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
Serve
Chill and serve with vegetables, crackers, pita chips, or naan flat bread.
